AEW Revolution 2026 is underway from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, but the streaming experience for some fans watching on HBO Max continues to run into problems.

Earlier in the night, viewers reported major issues trying to watch the Zero Hour pre-show on HBO Max. Many users said the stream was stuck on a “Your Event Is Starting Soon” screen and never actually launched the broadcast. Fortunately, AEW also streamed the kickoff show on YouTube, giving fans another option while the platform issues were being sorted out.

For a brief moment, it appeared that things had stabilized once the main pay-per-view portion of AEW Revolution began. However, as the first match on the main card got underway, a new wave of complaints quickly surfaced online from viewers watching through HBO Max.

Fans began reporting that the audio feed for the broadcast was badly out of sync with the video. Some viewers said the commentary and sound effects were noticeably delayed compared to the in-ring action, creating a frustrating viewing experience.

Others claimed the delay was so significant that the audio sounded several minutes behind the live broadcast, making it difficult to follow what was happening on screen. Additional viewers reported continued buffering and loading problems, with some saying they were unable to get past the loading screen altogether when attempting to watch the show.

The situation led to a flood of social media posts from fans tagging both HBO and AEW officials as they attempted to figure out what was happening with the stream.

While the broadcast appeared to be working normally for some viewers, the widespread complaints suggested that many fans were still experiencing technical issues during the early portion of the pay-per-view.

With AEW Revolution being one of the company’s biggest events of the year, fans were hoping the streaming problems would be addressed quickly so the rest of the show could proceed without further interruptions.
