According to Dave Meltzer, AEW Collision (Grand Slam) drew 561,000 viewers on TNT, up from the 388,000 recorded on the February 7, 2026 episode. In the key P18–49 demographic, Collision posted a 0.1 rating, an increase from the 0.07 rating the previous week.

These figures reflect only linear TV viewership on TNT and do not include streaming or digital viewership.
