According to Wrestlenomics, the episode drew an average of 612,000 viewers—up slightly from the 608,000 viewers reported for the July 23 show. In the key P18–49 demographic, Dynamite earned a 0.15 rating, up from last week’s 0.14.

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite saw Hangman Page and Jon Moxley face each other in a match for the AEW World Title and it was full of surprises, including Darby Allin hitting a huge balcony dive onto the Death Riders. In the end, Page retained the title and lived to fight another day.

Nick Wayne and Kip Sabian also brutalized Christian Cage with a double conchairto and took him out of action. This and many other moments took place throughout the whole night.
