We see Britt Baker backstage, still covered in blood. The interviewer asks if she feels Shida lives up to her ranking and Baker says no. She complains that Shida is too violent and reminds us that she’s a dentist.
We see more of the video package about Jake Hager being an MMA fighter as well as wrestler.

We see a video from Matt Hardy, or Damascus if you will. Hardy addresses Chris Jericho and says he surrounds himself with a false God in Sammy Guevara. He can’t wait to sink his teeth into Santana and Ortiz, Loud & Devourable as he calls them. And Jake Hager, he says Jericho has ruined his vessel and made him a Frankenstein’s monster. Then Jericho tried to recruit Vanguard-1 but that will NEVAH happen. He calls for Vanguard-1 to bring him the Inner Circle shirt Jericho gave him but Vanguard brings Hardy’s new t-shirt and shows that he burnt the Inner Circle shirt. Hardy invites Jericho to come face him at the Hardy compound in an Elite Deletion match!
Lee Johnson Vs. Brodi Lee
Johnson runs and jumps at Brodi but he just sidesteps it. Lee hits a clothesline and a big boot. Lee with a slingshot tope, then a half nelson suplex. Lee hits a discus clothesline, spinning sidewalk slam, and that’s that.
Winner: Brodi Lee

We take a long look at the history between Cody and Shawn Spears. Next we see a tale of the tape for both men. The winner of this match will face the winner of Darby Allin and Sammy Guevara.
Cody W/Brandi Rhodes Vs. Shawn Spears
They lock-up and Cody forces Spears to the corner, then hits a side headlock takeover. Spears rolls under the ropes to get away. They lock-up again and this time Spears takes the back. Cody tries to power out but Shawn hits a knee to the gut, then chops Cody in the corner.
Cody flips over Spears with an O’Conner Roll for a two-count, then attempts a submission but Spears rolls from the ring to regroup. Spears antagonizes Billy Gunn but the WWE Hall of Famer shoves him. Spears grabs a chair and tosses it into the ring, then slides himself but Cody hits a springboard cutter for a two-count.
Cody takes a wrist, then hits a front suplex for a two-count. Spears hits a roll-up for a near-fall, then another. Cody drills him with a few forearms. Cody flips over Spears and hits a big boot for a two-count. Cody goes up top for a moonsault but Shawn rolls out of the way. Spears lifts Cody for a piledriver for a near-fall. Meanwhile Jericho tells Tony Schiavone that he found a possum at his house the other day.
*Commercial Break*
Back live and Spears beats Cody into the corner, then whips him hard into the opposite buckles. Spears tosses Cody from the ring, then grabs part of the steel barricade and props it up against the ring apron. Cody turns the tables on Spears and hits his head on the apron. Cody looks to suplex Spears onto the barricade but Shawn reverses it and Cody cracks into the steel, bending it.
Back in the ring Spears scores a near-fall. Spears attempts a springboard frog splash but Cody gets his knees up. Cody then punches Spearas and hits a kitchen sink knee. Cody avoids Spears in the corner and hits a snap powerslam for a near-fall. Jericho threatens to beat-up Cody Rhodes’ mother if he sees her again. Spears avoids a Beautiful Disaster and hits a sit-out powerbomb for a near-fall.
*Commercial Break*
We’re back and Spears pulls a table from under the ring but Cody hits a suicide dive. Cody pulls the table out and sets it up at ringside. Jericho and Schiavone debate why the referee isn’t preventing the use of weapons of fans interfering. Speaking of which, Cody and Spears brawl around ringside until a fan grabs Spears and Cody punches him.
Cody goes up top but Spears jumps up at him and hits a arm drag. Brandi gets on the apron and distracts Spears, allowing Cody to get back to his feet. Cody almost hits Brandi by mistake. Spears gets Cody on his shoulders and hits an Attitude Adjustment over the ropes through the table.
Cody gets back into the ring at nine and hits two quick CrossRhodes but Spears kicks out. Cody gets frustrated and applies a Figure Four to Shawn Spears and Cody pins him using the submission.
Winner: Cody
Cody holds onto the move a little longer than he should. He celebrates with Brandi afterwards. Cody progresses to the TNT Tournament semi-final where he will face Darby Allin or Sammy Guevara.
