Boom Boom Colt Cabana has joined Tony Schiavone on commentary. Cabana will be in the AEW TNT Championship tournament.
It’s now time for Lance Archer’s debut, but before that we get another promo frm Jake The Snake Roberts. Jake says hell is about to break loose. He says Archer is about to destroy whoever AEW has put in front of him. Roberts says AEW is playing games and they’re the real deal. He asks Cody to stop playing games, but he understands he might be smart enough to be afraid. That, or Cody’s boss is telling him not to: Brandi.

Lance Archer W/Jake Roberts Vs. Marko Stunt

Archer attacked someone at ringside as he made his entrance, then hit Marko Stunt before the bell even rang. Once the match did start, Archer tossed Stunt into the turnbuckles like a toy. Stunt kicks at Archer but gets dropped with a right hand.

Lance stands on the face of Stunt until Edwards stops him. Archer hits a release suplex that sends Stunt flying across the ring. Archer hits a massive tilt-a-whirl sidewalk slam. Stunt avoids Archer and gets out of the ring, then avoids him again and hits a suicide dive.
Stunt gets back in the ring and hits Archer with a dropkick and counters a chokeslam but Lance hits a pounce that sends him out of the ring. Archer gets Stunt back in the ring and hits a big one-handed chokeslam but stops the pinfall himself. He lifts Stunt and hits a The Blackout for the win.

Winner: Lance Archer

Archer leaves up the ramp but then comes back down and gets Marko Stunt on the apron. Billy Gunn, his son, and Orange Cassidy try to get him to stop from the barricade, so Archer lifts Stunt and tosses him onto them.
We see a vignette of Brodi Lee, The Exalted One of The Dark Order, in a conference room with a fuzzy TV behind him and some men in masks at a table. Lee says we live in uncertain times but he is here for us. He gets mad at one of the masked men and smashes a glass off a wall. He sits by another and asks him why he yawned, which he says is a sign of weakness.

Two random members of The Dark Order make their entrance and they’re only referred to as 8 and 9.

8 & 9 Vs. Natural Nightmares W/Brandi Rhodes

QT Marshall tosses the mask he was given last week at 8, then hits him before tagging Dustin Rhodes. Rhodes connects with a dropkick and tags Marshall, who hits a moonsault for a two-count.
Rhodes is legal again and he hits a double-team neckbreaker. 9 runs in and Rhodes lifts him and throws him before tagging Marshall. QT hits a double axe handle to 8, but 8 whips him into the ropes and 9 cracks him with a knee. A lariat from 8, then a tag to 9, who delivers right hands in the corner.
8 stomps on Marshall in the corner, then delivers some big chops. Tag to 9 again but QT kicks one back and hits the other with a sidewalk slam. Fallaway slam into a suplex from Marshall, then a tag to Rhodes. Dustin lands a few clotheslines, an uppercut, atomic drop, bulldog, then knocks 8 off the apron.
Snap powerslam to 9, who rolls from the ring, then he suckers 8 over the ropes to the floor. Dustin hits a rolling senton to 9 on the floor and Marshall hits a tope also. They get 9 back in the ring for a double team finisher and the win.

Winners: The Natural Nightmares

The Exalted One, Brodi Lee, makes his entrance and comes face-to-face with Dustin Rhodes on the ramp, then he walks on down to the ring. Lee hits 9 with a big powerbomb, then stares at the other member and leaves.

We see Chris Jericho in his hot tub drinking some bubbly. He says today is a holiday like Martin Luther King Day; April Fools Day. And he’s never met any bigger fools than The Elite. He rags on all of them. As he’s talking we see Vanguard One come from behind. Jericho gets out of his hot tub and talks to the drone. He says he’s glad Vanguard is there because he owes him an apology, but he can’t utter the word “sorry.” He wants to make it clear that he wants Vanguard in The Inner Circle. He grabs a tiny Inner Circle shirt and clips it to Vanguard One, then asks him to shake on it but Vanguard flys off. Jericho tosses a bottle of the bubbly at Vanguard, then shouts “release the hounds” and a bunch of little dogs come running from his house and chase off the drone.
Next week, Cody will face Shawn Spears in the TNT Championship tournament. In two weeks, Colt Cabana will face Lance Archer in the tournament, and Jake Hager will face Jon Moxley in a no holds barred match for the AEW Championship!
We see Matt and Nick Jackson walking around one of their houses, and Matt has erected a ring on his tennis court. The two of them do some training in the ring and Nick says he doesn’t know when he might be able to return.

Cody & Darby Allin Vs. Shawn Spears & Sammy Guevara

We begin the match with Allin and Guevara but Spears tags in and then Cody does as well. They lock-up and grapple for control, with Spears taking a headlock. Shoot off and shoulder tackle from Spears but Cody comes back with a pump kick and tags Darby. Allin hits an axe handle to Spears, then takes a wristlock. Spears elbows Darby and tags Sammy.
Guevara is vlogging right now so he tags himself out again, then walks over to Brandi and tries to get her to kiss him but she steals his phone. Darby slams into Guevara by the barricade, then Spears attacks Allin. Back in the ring and Darby hits a dropkick to Spears and tags Cody. Rhodes hangs Spears on the top rope and kicks him, then knocks Sammy from the ring as well. They hit stereo suicide dives to Shawn and Sammy as we head to the break.

*Commercial Break*
Back live and Shawn Spears is beating on Darby Allin in the corner. Darby flips over Spears and looks to tag Cody but Sammy distracted him, then drilled Darby with a knee. Guevara beats on Allin on the outside, then tosses him into the barricade. Sammy is legal and he holds Darby with a headlock. Darby fights out but Sammy slams him and hits a double stomp.
Spears tags in and chops Darby in the corner, then Sammy bets him money to see if Spears can hold Darby up in a suplex for ten seconds. After the suplex, Spears tags out and Guevara tries to hold him for 15 seconds for double or nothing. Now Spears tags in to hold it for 20 seconds but Darby counters him and hits a suplex of his own.
Cody gets the tag and hits a discus lariat to Sammy, a springboard kick to Spears, and a snap powerslam to Guevara. Springboard cutter for a near-fall from Cody.. Rhodes applies a Sharpshooter but Spears runs in, so Cody lets go and gets Spears in it. Guevara breaks it with a running shooting star press to Cody. Sammy looks for a springboard cutter but Cody catches him and hits a CrossRhodes.
Spears pulls Cody frm the ring and tosses him over the barricade, so all the heels at ringside – Sabian, Havoc, Baker, etc., beat on him. Darby looks to dive over the ropes onto Cody but nobody’s home.
*Commercial Break*
Back live and Sammy is beating Cody around the ring but he makes a tag to Spears. Cody and Spears exchange chops in the ring but Shawn whips Cody to the corner and he kicks Sammy. Cody kicks Spears back and hits a moonsault. Allin gets the tag and hits a double dropkick to both Spears and Allin, then hits both in the corners with running back elbows.
Darby hits a springboard bulldog to both, then he tosses both men from the ring and hits them with suicide dives, but Spears catches him and slams him into the barricade hard. The match breaks down and everyone ends up on the outside, with Shawn and Sammy hitting Cody, but Darby has scaled the pillar that Omega tossed Trent into earlier and hits a Coffin Drop to both men.

Darby gets Spears back in the ring but Darby tosses him from the top rope to the floor. Cody then climbs behind Guevara and hits a reverse suplex. Spears hits a frog splash to Cody as he lands, then Sammy grabs a chair and gives it to the chairman. Darby saves Cody but Spears rolls-up Allin for the win.

Winners: Shawn Spears & Sammy Guevara

Cody tries to placate Darby after the match but Allin decks Cody and takes off his wrist strap before leaving.
And that’s it for AEW Dynamite. Let us know what you thought of the show and I’ll see you here all weekend for WrestleMania. Until then, safe travels!
