Kenny Omega Returns

Kenny Omega will be making his return to AEW television on Dynamite this week. This will mark his first appearance since WrestleDream in October, where he helped Jurassic Express fend off the Don Callis Family following their match with the Young Bucks. So we’ll have to see what Omega will do on the show as fans are just excited to see him back.

ROH Women’s TV Championship Unification: Red Velvet vs. Mercedes Moné

Mercedes Moné won the interim ROH Women’s TV Title from Mina Shirakawa at AEW WrestleDream. She will now face off against Red Velvet in a title in a title unification match to determine who the real ROH Women’s TV Champion is, so it remains to be seen whether Mercedes will pick up the win over Red Velvet.

AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament: Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa vs. Riho & Alex Windsor, TayJay vs. Megan Bayne & Marina Shafir

The AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament continues as Toni Storm & Mina Shirakawa will square off against Riho & Alex Windsor. In another match, Anna Jay and Tay Melo will face Megan Bayne & Marina Shafir. So we’ll have to see which teams will advance in the tournament and get one step closer to making history as the first ever AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions.

AEW Casino Gauntlet Qualifiers: Bobby Lashley vs. Ricochet, Mike Bailey vs. Shelton Benjamin

Bobby Lashley will face Ricochet to determine the #1 spot in the Casino Gauntlet mMatch at Full Gear for the AEW National Championship. On the other hand, Mike Bailey will go up against Shelton Benjamin to see who’ll get the #2 spot in the Casino Gauntlet match. Considering the in-ring skills of all four competitors, are matches are expected to be great ones.

Other Matches

Hangman Adam Page will duke it out with Katsuyori Shibata in singles competition before Page’s AEW World Title match against Samoa Joe at Full Gear, so we’ll have to see if Page will survive the Wrestler.

Finally, Kazuchika Okada will be facing off against Mascara Dorada in a double jeopardy match. If Okada wins, then the Don Callis Family get a future shot at SkyTeam’s CMLL World Trios Title. If Dorada wins, then he gets a shot at Okada’s AEW United Title. So fans are excited to see who’ll win in the end.
