AEW always puts in a big effort to make Dynamite exciting, and the May 21 episode is no different. As the go home show before Double or Nothing, it’s set to feature a packed lineup with important matches, guaranteeing fans a night full of action from beginning to end.
After weeks of trials, mind games, and violence, MJF finally got the thumbs up from Bobby Lashley to join the Hurt Syndicate during the May 14th edition of Dynamite. MJF will now sign a contract during this week’s show to make it official, so we’ll have to see how the segment will turn out.
After a solid win in a 4-Way Eliminator match last week, Mina Shirakawa will be duking it out with Julia Hart in singles competition on AEW Dynamite this week. Toni Storm will be on commentary for the match ahead of her bout against Shirakawa at Double or Nothing, so it remains to be seen how Shirakawa will fare against Julia Hart.
Jon Moxley and the Young Bucks will team up to face Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Swerve Strickland in a match that’s expected to be a preview of the upcoming Anarchy in the Arena battle at Double or Nothing. Therefore, fans can’t wait to see how the match will turn out.
Will Ospreay and Adam Page will be having a face-to-face confrontation during Dynamite this week ahead of their match in the Owen Hart Cup tournament finals at Double or Nothing.
Finally, TBS Champion Mercedes Moné and former AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter will confront each other ahead of their Owen Hart Cup finals match as well. Considering how they have been at each other’s throats lately, fans expect fists to fly.
Tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite has several solid matches, including Mina Shirakawa vs. Julia Hart, and many more, so it’s definitely something fans shouldn’t miss.
