The July 31 episode of Collision promises to be an incredible show from start to finish. With several major matches already confirmed, fans can look forward to an action-packed night as AEW continues its build toward the upcoming Forbidden Door pay-per-view.
Dustin Rhodes is set to defend the TNT Championship against Kyle Fletcher in a Chicago Street Fight. Fletcher has been determined to win the TNT Title since he failed at All In: Texas, so we’ll have to see if The Natural can somehow retain the title.
FTR will be duking it out with Juice Robinson & Austin Gunn of the Bang Bang Gang in the semifinals of the AEW World Tag Team Title eliminator tournament. Robinson and Gunn managed to advance in the semifinals, so it remains to be seen whether they will be able to advance in the tournament. In a quarter-final match, Brody King and Bandido will be squaring off against the Gates of Agony as well.
Willow Nightingale will be going one-on-one against “The Toxic Spider” Thekla. Finally, Kris Statlander will be in action but her opponent hasn’t been announced yet.
