The December 6 episode of Collision is expected to be a great show from beginning to end. With AEW Worlds End just around the corner, this show will help set up major storylines and build momentum leading into the pay-per-view.
Mercedes Moné will defend her TBS Championship against Leila Grey. This comes after Mercedes lost the ROH Women’s TV Title to Red Velvet at Final Battle, so Mercedes will work extra hard to make sure she won’t lose another title. So it remains to be seen whether the CEO of AEW will manage to retain her title.
The Continental Classic continues and this week, three matches for the Blue League will take place. The matches will see Claudio Castagnoli face. Máscara Dorada, Orange Cassidy square off against Roderick Strong and Jon Moxley wrestle Konosuke Takeshita. So there’s no doubt that fans are in for real graps during this show.
Swerve Strickland will be speaking in a live promo segment on AEW Collision this week. He’s been feuding with the Opps ever since he came back at Full Gear, so we’ll have to see what Strickland will have to say.
Before the finals of the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament take place at AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming on December 10th, the Babes of Wrath and Timeless Love Bombs will have a sit-down interview with Tony Schiavone.
Finally, Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler will be calling out The Bang Bang Gang.
Tonight’s episode of AEW Collision will definitely be an action-packed affair from start to finish featuring Mercedes Moné and more, so it’s definitely a must-see show.
