AEW is going all in this summer, but before the company rolls out its four-hour Dynamite x Collision super-show for Fyter Fest, they’re already adding extra fuel to the fire.
In an update ahead of AEW’s June 4 marathon in Denver, Collision is now officially listed for a rare three-hour broadcast on Saturday, April 26. The show will air from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM Eastern—a delayed start thanks to the NBA Playoffs.
This expanded episode won’t be live, though. AEW plans to tape the entire three-hour Collision on April 23 at The Lakefront Arena in New Orleans. That means fans attending the taping are in for a longer-than-usual night of matches and angles.
AEW rarely stretches Collision beyond its standard two-hour slot, making this extended run notable as the company builds momentum toward its major summer programming. The three-hour format opens up the door for more storyline development, deeper matches, and possibly some early groundwork for the Fyter Fest special just weeks later.
With AEW pushing both Collision and Dynamite harder than ever, don’t be surprised if this move signals more double-duty shows—or longer broadcasts—coming down the pipeline.
