AEW Dynamite: Beach Break is set to kick off tonight at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, IL, and ticket sales have seen a significant uptick just hours before showtime.

According to WrestleTix, the May 14 event now has 4,409 tickets distributed, leaving 458 available for purchase.

The current setup is listed at 4,867, meaning AEW has managed to sell 301 more tickets since the last update just one day ago. This number is a notable increase from AEW’s year-to-date average attendance of 2,818, showing that Beach Break is pulling in a much larger crowd than the typical AEW Dynamite episode.

WrestleTix also provided a comparison to other recent AEW events at the NOW Arena. Last September’s All Out drew 8,660 fans, while the Collision event the night before pulled in 2,723. Tonight’s Beach Break is expected to land somewhere in the middle, but with several hours still to go, ticket sales could rise even further.
