AEW is making waves in the Windy City once again, as the company officially announced the return of AEW Beach Break for 2025.

The event will go down Wednesday, May 14 at the NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois, a venue that’s already a staple in AEW’s playbook. This is the same arena that hosted the historic AEW All Out back in 2019, and it continues to be one of the company’s most visited spots.

AEW dropped the news on X, confirming: “AEW Dynamite: Beach Break 2025 will be LIVE at the @NOW_Arena on Wednesday, May 14 with a 6:30pm CT Bell Time!”

Beach Break has become a summer tradition for AEW since debuting in 2021. Though the event took a break in 2023, it returned in 2024—and now, it’s back again, staying in Chicago for the second year in a row. Last year’s event took place at the Wintrust Arena, but this year’s shift back to NOW Arena marks a return to where it all started for AEW fans.

With AEW Double or Nothing and Forbidden Door on the horizon, fans can expect Beach Break to kick off a busy stretch of shows heading into summer.
