Seth Rollins may be on the injured list, but his recent activity is fueling speculation about a possible appearance on Monday Night Raw—and fans are definitely paying attention.

On January 5, 2026, Rollins posted an Instagram Story showing himself at the Good Morning Football studio in New York City. While he wasn’t at the Barclays Center, where tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw is set to take place, his presence in the same city — and without a sling — has fans talking.

Rollins has been out of action since suffering a torn rotator cuff during his match against Cody Rhodes in Perth, Australia, which led to him vacating the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Speaking on Mohr Stories back in December, he gave a recovery update:

“I had the rotator cuff surgery eight weeks ago, almost nine from when we’re talking right now. So I got another three months.”

Despite the recovery timeline, the fact that he’s moving around freely, making appearances, and looking healthy has excited fans — especially with CM Punk defending the WWE World Heavyweight Title tonight against Bron Breakker.

Before his injury, Rollins was originally scheduled to face Punk for that very championship. Add in the fact that Breakker and Bronson Reed kicked Rollins out of The Vision last October, and the storyline potential is already there.

While nothing has been confirmed and Rollins is not scheduled to appear, fans are now keeping a closer eye on Brooklyn tonight — just in case The Visionary comes back.
