Karrion Kross left WWE once his contract ended on August 10 but some fans still wonder if he’s ever coming back. While his future in wrestling remains a big topic, an AAA producer has addressed bringing Kross in after his WWE departure.
While speaking on UnSKripted, AAA producer Savio Vega was asked how negotiations would work if the company wanted to bring in a former WWE talent like Karrion Kross. He explained that everything would still need to go through WWE, since AAA operates under the WWE and TKO umbrella, so the final decision rests with them.
“Yeah. The main company is WWE, everything’s gotta go through them. AAA is under the umbrella of WWE and TKO, they’re gonna decide who’s gonna be there or not.”
When asked whether he would personally be interested in bringing in Karrion Kross, Vega said it was something that could only be considered in the long run. With AAA already having a large roster and many wrestlers appearing on shows like Worlds Collide and upcoming events in Las Vegas, he admitted he would be lying if he said he wanted to bring Karrion Kross in.
“That’s something that we need to see in the long run. AAA has so many wrestlers and we see some guys on Worlds Collide and some more guys in the other show. Let’s see how many guys will be there in Las Vegas. They have so many people, to say yes, I’d be lying to be honest.”
In the meantime, Karrion Kross is set to make his in-ring return following his WWE departure. However, it is to be noted that Kross does want to make his return to WWE despite his past frustrations, so we’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for Kross.
Do you think Karrion Kross will ever make his way back to WWE or is he better off going somewhere else? Sound off in the comments.
