Zoey Stark just dropped a raw update on her long road back to the WWE ring—and this time, there’s finally some good news.

On June 23rd, Stark posted a new video to Twitter/X giving fans a look at her latest milestone following her devastating knee injury. Stark tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus on the May 19th episode of RAW, with surgery that ended up lasting over three hours. Now, a few weeks into recovery, she shared some encouraging progress.

“What’s up, Stark Marks. Welcome to another week of road to recovery. This week was a lot of fun. We did a road trip to Salt Lake City. Got to see the family. Had an amazing time. Worked on my physical therapy.”

The biggest hurdle? Regaining knee flexion—something critical if she even wants to think about walking again.

“My goal for this week, and it had to happen this week for me more than anything else, was to hit 90 degrees. Now, if you don’t know, if you don’t hit 90 degrees after you tear your ACL, MCL and meniscus, like I did, you can’t even think about walking.”

But getting there wasn’t easy. Stark admitted she was battling frustration after struggling to hit even 70 degrees during a trip to Salt Lake City. Then, things finally clicked.

“Until Wednesday, I go into PT, I’m at home, I’m relaxed. I had my physical therapy work on me a bit. And, there you go, hit the 91, which I’m stoked about! Now, we continue on to the next hurdle.”

The RAW star still has a long recovery ahead, with reports suggesting she won’t be back before WrestleMania 42 in 2026. But hitting 91 degrees marks a huge step toward walking—and eventually, returning to the ring.
