Shotzi Blackheart isn’t wasting time shaking things up after leaving WWE. It’s now official—the green-haired brawler is set to make her Major League Wrestling debut at Summer of the Beasts on June 26 at the Melrose Ballroom in New York City.
MLW confirmed the news, teasing Shotzi’s arrival with a clear message:
“Shotzi will be unleashed at MLW Summer of the Beasts in NYC this Thursday.”
The event will stream live worldwide on YouTube at 9pm ET, giving fans their first look at Shotzi’s new chapter in professional wrestling. Her debut comes just weeks after her WWE contract expired, allowing her to take bookings immediately without the usual no-compete restrictions.
Known for her chaos-fueled, fearless style, Shotzi’s move to MLW marks her first appearance for the promotion—and based on her track record, it won’t be a quiet one. MLW is positioning Shotzi as part of its growing women’s division, with sources already pointing to a potential clash between Shotzi and MLW World Featherweight Champion Shoko Nakajima down the line. The Summer of the Beasts card is stacked, featuring:
The beIN SPORTS portion of the show kicks off at 7pm ET, with Paul London facing CMLL’s Neon in a Lightning Match.
Shotzi recently reflected on her WWE departure, calling it a chance to reset her career. “Honestly, I didn’t expect this, but I just feel so free and I feel like this weight is lifted off me.”
With MLW giving her room to bring her trademark unpredictability, Shotzi’s debut is set to be anything but ordinary.
