It looks like AEW’s All In event in Texas will feature a major Ring of Honor Women’s World Title match—and while it’s not officially announced yet, the cat’s pretty much out of the bag.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer broke down the closing moments of this week’s Collision, which saw Thunder Rosa and Athena go head-to-head in a chaotic eight-person tag team main event. The finish wasn’t exactly clean, and it set the stage for what comes next.

“Rosa hits a Death Valley Driver on Athena, but the referee is distracted. Red Velvet throws the ROH title belt in, Athena hits Rosa with the belt and pins her.” Alvarez explained.

That moment had fans immediately speculating about a title match, and Alvarez made it clear that’s where things are heading. “So my presumption is Rosa and Athena, Ring of Honor Title at All In, in Texas.” Alvarez added.

Meltzer didn’t dance around it either, basically confirming the plans: “Oh that… no, that’s… that… that is the plan.”

While AEW has yet to officially announce the match, Meltzer noted it’s been the direction for a while now. “Yeah, it’s been… that one’s been pretty clear for a couple weeks.”

With All In taking place in Texas and Thunder Rosa being one of the most recognizable names from that state, putting her in a title match on the show feels like a no-brainer.

AEW All In Texas takes place on Saturday, July 12, 2025, live from Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.
