Brie Bella Announces She’s Co-Hosting the X Games in Salt Lake City

Brie Bella is trading the wrestling ring for ramps and rails this summer—and she couldn’t be more excited about it.

During the latest episode of The Nikki and Brie Show, Brie revealed she’s officially signed on to co-host the X Games in Salt Lake City. She opened the show solo, teasing some “fun news” before dropping the announcement that brings her back to her roots.

“Your girl here is going to be a co-host of the X Games in Salt Lake City. That is right — take me back to my childhood to where, oh my gosh, I started to have major crushes on boys… yes, all the skaters. But yes, I’m co-hosting the X Games in Salt Lake City and so I’m so excited. It’s June 27th through the 29th, so if you’re anywhere in that area, make sure to get tickets, come watch the X Games.”

Brie explained how this gig feels like a full-circle moment. After high school, she and Nikki moved back to San Diego, where they were fully immersed in surf and skate culture. She mentioned legends like Tony Hawk, Bucky Lasek, and Kelly Slater as names that defined that era for her—and why the X Games still hold a special place in her heart.

Now, nearly 20 years later, Brie is stepping into the world of extreme sports again—but this time, it’s as the face of the event.
