The drama on WWE LFG: Legends & Future Great Season 2 wasted no time boiling over—especially when it comes to Booker T.

During the June 22, 2025 premiere on A&E, the show introduced this season’s official rules and got the team selection process underway. But things didn’t exactly go smoothly when it came time for Michelle McCool to make her picks.

McCool stunned the room by choosing P-Nasty and Anthony Luke for her squad. The moment immediately set Booker T off—and what started as competitive tension turned into a full-blown meltdown. The WWE Hall of Famer didn’t hide his frustration as he stormed out of the taping.

“THIS IS BULLS**T! I SHOULD HAVE WON SEASON 1!” Booker shouted before firing one more parting shot at McCool. “Best of luck in your future endeavors!”

The episode ended on a major cliffhanger as the other coaches never even got a chance to make their picks, leaving fans hanging on what comes next.

With the LFG Championship Belt and bragging rights on the line for the legends—and NXT contracts at stake for the Future Greats—the show is already proving that personal grudges may hit harder than any training drill.

WWE LFG airs Sundays at 10 PM ET on A&E, with episodes available on-demand through the A&E website and app.

Did Michelle Mc Cool make the right call with her picks? Or did Booker have every reason to lose his cool? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
