RVD and Katie Forbes Reveal They’re Having Twin Daughters

“It’s just amazing. It’s so cool. Like, baby Van Dam’s already so loved and I just stay up all night reading the sweet messages and my heart is so full.”

RVD added that even he wasn’t prepared for how people reacted—some fans jumped to strange conclusions before congratulating him.

“Yeah, I’ve been getting phone calls and messages starting with condolences and then turning to congratulations so quickly.”

Then came the moment that floored listeners. Katie, glowing with excitement, revealed that their ultrasound had just taken place—and they found out they’re having twins.

“So we had our ultrasound today and we’re having twins.”

She followed it up with a huge smile, delivering the line with her signature energy.

“There’s two of a kind up in here!”

Katie confirmed the news and shared a touching detail from the ultrasound appointment.

“We got to hear their heartbeats, and they both have strong heartbeats.”

Katie then painted a vivid picture of what she saw during the scan, giving fans a sweet glimpse into the moment they first saw their daughters.

“There’s a baby in there and a heartbeat, another baby in here, right next to each other — two babies!”

And then came the accidental gender reveal. While reflecting on the emotional weight of the day, Katie let the detail slip.

“Today, seeing our daughters… “I messed up and said it… but yeah, they’re girls.”

RVD jumped in to joke about how nothing gets past fans these days.

Katie’s voice cracked as she talked about how life-changing the experience has been for her.
