The Evolution 2 Premium Live Event will be taking place on July 13, 2025, live from Atlanta, Georgia and fans wonder whether the likes of Michelle McCool would compete at the show. As speculation continues, McCool has now set the record straight on appearing at Evolution 2.

While speaking to WrestleStar, Michelle McCool was asked if she would be open to making an appearance at Evolution 2, whether in a singles match or a battle royal. She said she’s always just a phone call away and stated that she’s been training a bit and feeling good in the ring lately.

McCool added that if WWE were to ask her to take part, she’d be more than happy to show up. The WWE Hall of Famer also mentioned how she’d love to have a fun reunion, especially with Layla, who is getting back into the wrestling world.

“Yep. I always say I’m just a phone call away. I like to—I mean I’ve actually been in the ring a little bit, feeling pretty good. If they ask, I’ll be there. In fact, I would love a cool reunion. I think Layla’s finally kind of getting back on the scene.”

McCool made it clear that she’s always ready for a fight, even though she hasn’t been contacted yet. She said she’d gladly do anything WWE wanted her to do. The WWE Hall of Famer ended by saying she feels like she still has one more match left in her. She joked about not being as sharp as she once was, but still being ready to go one more time if given the chance.

“But look, I’m always down to fight, I’m always ready. I have not been called, but I would love to do anything that they ask me to do. I just love to… listen, I think I got one more. I always say I’ve got one more in me. I’m not as good as I once was, but I’m as good once as I ever was. Yeah, I butchered it, but yes—I’m good for one more.”

WWE hasn’t officially announced who will take part in Evolution 2 yet, but Michelle McCool has made it clear she’s open to competing has already made fans excited. A LayCool reunion would definitely be something fans would want, so we’ll have to see what WWE decides in the end.
