Shotzi Blackheart Tears Up Legal Papers from Matt Cardona in “Indy God” Dispute

Matt Cardona and Shotzi Blackheart have been feuding over the “Indy God” name, which Cardona has already trademarked. In fact, Cardona recently served legal papers to Blackheart over the dispute and Blackheart beat up the server and tore the papers up.

Shotzi Blackheart took to Twitter and uploaded a video where Matt Cardona had someone deliver legal papers to Shotzi Blackheart. The man introduced himself by saying he was there on behalf of Cardona, saying, “On behalf of Alwayz Ready, you have been served.”

Shotzi Blackheart was clearly confused and annoyed, telling him to leave and get off her property, as she said, “I don’t get that—get out of here. Get off my property!” It didn’t stop there as Blackheart hit the man with a chair and threw him onto the wall of her house.

Blackheart then tore up the legal papers and told the messenger that if Matt Cardona wanted to do it, he should come do it himself. Shotzi reminded them all that she’s the one and only “Indy God.”

“You wanna serve me? Alright. Hey, you work for Matt Cardona? You can tell Matt Cardona that if he wants to serve me, he can serve me himself. I am the one and only Indy God.”

This comes after Matt Cardona threatened legal action against Shotzi Blackheart for calling herself the Indy God. Cardona also responded to the video, as he stated that she has been served the papers, saying, “YOU’VE BEEN SERVED!!!”

Cardona and Blackheart are set to face each other on July 11th at a GCW event in Dallas. Therefore, we’ll have to see who will win the match and finally get the right to call themselves the true Indy God.
