Tessa Blanchard calls herself Diamante in TNA Wrestling since she feels she’s truly a diamond. However, AEW star Diamante isn’t really happy about what Blanchard’s doing and has now called out TNA for the same.
Diamante took to Twitter and commented on a TNA video featuring Tessa Blanchard, where they called Blanchard “Diamante.” The AEW star uploaded a photo that proves she actually has the name “Diamante” trademarked and called out TNA, simply saying, “Hello?”
A fan then asked Diamante why TNA was putting her name next to Tessa Blanchard’s, calling Tessa a “creature.” Diamante replied that she doesn’t know why it’s happening, but hopes they stop doing it soon. She added that she usually stays calm, but she won’t stay quiet if it keeps going, saying, “Not sure, hope they cut the 💩 tho. I be real chill until I’m not.”
Diamante has been part of the AEW family for a few years now, and before that, she was also part of TNA Wrestling. Which is why it’s especially surprising that TNA would allow Blanchard to use her trademarked name.
As of now TNA has not responded to Diamante’s public call-out, but fans are closely watching to see whether the company will actually fix their mistake. After all, Diamante has every right to protect her trademark and fans understand that.
Do you think TNA should drop the “Diamante” name from Tessa Blanchard’s character? Sound off in the comments.
