Lately, there has been an increase in hatred towards WWE women, with the likes of Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez having to deal with dangerous stalkers. In light of these recent incidents, Konnan made it clear he believes WWE women get hate from men who can’t get laid and then just turn to stalking.
While speaking on the Keepin’ it 100 podcast, Konnan was asked why there’s so much hate directed at WWE women, especially in light of recent stalking incidents involving Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez.
Konnan said the issue has grown over time, pointing out that this sort of behavior wasn’t seen back in the WCW days. According to him, the hate mostly comes from two types of men: those who have been repeatedly hurt by women, and those who struggle to attract women at all.
Konnan singled out the latter group and called them incels, saying their only way of getting intimacy is by paying for it because they can’t get dates. Konnan stated that many of these men need to lose weight and take better care of their hygiene, and that’s the truth.
“Now the other thing, this is kind of growing, because you never used to see that in WCW, Disco, back in the day. And now all of a sudden, you’re seeing this. I think a lot of the guys who hate on women fall into two categories: either they’ve been f***** over by women a lot, or they just can’t get any p****.
Right? And the ones who can’t—those are the incels. The only way they’re getting laid is if they pay for it. They can’t get a date. Dude, a lot of you guys need to lose weight, improve your hygiene. That’s all I gotta tell you.”
Konnan urged those men to make an effort: be social, stop sitting at the computer all day, and interact with real people to avoid becoming socially awkward. For those who struggle with weight loss, he mentioned Ozempic as an option.
The WCW legend even gave an example about seeing comedian Gabriel Iglesias backstage. Konnan asked if he was losing weight, and Gabriel replied that he was using Ozempic.
Konnan pointed out that while medication can help, people should still try to hit the gym, tone up, and most importantly, keep themselves clean. If you smell bad, do something about it. He ended by saying one simple truth: women love when a man showers, puts on some cologne, and smells good.
“You gotta put in effort, bro. Be social. You can’t just sit on your computer all day. You’ve got to go out, meet people, so you’re not socially awkward. If you need to lose weight, there’s Ozempic.
I saw Gabriel Iglesias backstage—Fluffy—and I go, ‘Are you losing weight?’ And he goes, ‘Yeah, it’s Ozempic.’ You got Ozempic if you’re too lazy to hit the gym. But you should hit the gym anyway, firm up a bit, and take care of your hygiene. If you smell like s***, do something about it. Let me tell you one thing girls love—I guarantee this. You take a shower, you put on some cologne, and when they smell it, they love it.”
At the end of the day, many fans will agree with what Konnan had to say. Therefore, we’ll have to see if people will take his advice so that the hatred towards WWE women will eventually reduce.
