WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss is going through a heartbreaking time after revealing that her cousin Vanessa has passed away following a battle with cancer.

The former Women’s Champion took to X/Twitter to share the devastating update with fans, posting a heartfelt message honoring Vanessa’s strength and spirit.

“The strongest fighter & most positive girl I know. my cousin Vanessa. I’ll miss you & I love you. Until we meet again,” Bliss wrote.

The emotional post comes during a busy return for Bliss, who recently made her way back to WWE after a long maternity leave. She returned in the 2025 Royal Rumble and has competed in major events like the Women’s Elimination Chamber and Money in the Bank matches. While she didn’t walk away with a victory in those, she’s been building momentum—and recently advanced to the Queen of the Ring semifinals after winning a high-stakes Fatal Four-Way Match.

Despite her renewed presence on WWE TV, Bliss is clearly carrying personal pain behind the scenes. Her tribute makes it clear that family still comes first, even in the middle of her professional comeback.

Our thoughts go out to Alexa Bliss and her family during this difficult time.
