James Storm Addresses Potential Return to TNA Wrestling

James Storm has been synonymous with TNA Wrestling since the very beginning of the company back in 2002. While he parted ways with the company a few years ago, he has now addressed returning to TNA, especially with their ongoing partnership with NXT.

While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, James Storm was asked if he would return to TNA Wrestling. Storm said he would consider returning to TNA if the circumstances were right. His focus isn’t on winning championships anymore, but on giving back to the business and helping younger wrestlers learn how to perform on television.

Storm mentioned that many young wrestlers today have the in-ring skills and can do flashy moves, but they often lack the understanding of how to work properly for television.

Storm also brought up the idea of a possible storyline involving NXT, saying it could be interesting to explore whether he joins NXT or stays loyal to his home promotion, and helps the talent there.

“I would if the circumstances are right. I don’t really care about winning championships and stuff now—I care about giving back and helping the younger guys learn how to wrestle on TV.

I see so many younger guys who can wrestle and hit all the moves, but they don’t really know how to work on TV properly. Especially with the whole NXT deal, I think that could make a good story too. Like, does he join NXT? Or does he stay in his home base of TNA? Which one does he help?”

James Storm isn’t focused on winning championships these days since he’s more interested in helping younger wrestlers grow. With the TNA–NXT partnership still going strong, fans could see the Cowboy return and make an impact in TNA again, so we’ll have to see what he will do in the end.
