WWE Planning “Interesting Finish” for Jey Uso vs. GUNTHER Title Match

The June 9th edition of Monday Night Raw is headlined by Jey Uso defending the WWE World Title against GUNTHER. While fans are wondering who’ll walk out as the champion, it appears WWE is planning an interesting finish for the bout.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez talked about Jey Uso and GUNTHER’s upcoming World Title match. He noted that he was told WWE has a very interesting finish planned for the title match.

“First off, Jey Uso vs. GUNTHER for the World Title. All I know about this is, it’s not a spoiler, but I was told that they’ve got quite the interesting finish planned, whatever it is.”

This match comes after Jey Uso successfully retained the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Logan Paul at Saturday Night’s Main Event last month, setting the stage for an epic rematch between Uso and GUNTHER.

For the past several weeks now, The Ring General and Jey Uso have been at each other’s throats but it’s clear GUNTHER has the edge over Uso as far as mind games is concerned.

While it’s not known what the interesting finish might be, many speculate that it could just be Goldberg making his shocking return and reigniting his feud with the Ring General, which started way back at Bad Blood 2024. Therefore, we’ll have to wait and see what WWE has planned for Jey Uso and GUNTHER’s match on Raw this week.
