Nikki Bella Reveals Son Matteo Was Rushed to Emergency Room With High Fever

Nikki Bella is enjoying the single life right now but the most important person to her is undoubtedly her son Matteo. With that in mind, Bella has now revealed that her son was recently in the ER due to a severe illness.

While speaking on the Nikki and Brie Show, Nikki Bella was asked how her son Matteo was feeling and she said he’s finally feeling better after a tough few days. He had a high fever but still had some energy, even though he was really stuffed up. Bella thinks it might have been something like adenovirus, which is going around right now and gives kids high fevers.

At one point, Matteo’s fever got as high as 104.5, and they had to take him to the emergency room. He told Nikki Bella that it felt like his bones were breaking and asked her to protect him, which made her really emotional.

“He’s finally feeling better. Wow. It’s been a rough few days. So, poor little Matteo had the fever, but it’s weird because it’s like the kids will have the energy, but the fever, and then they’re all stuffed up. Yeah, it’s called like adenovirus. I’m saying it wrong. It’s something like that, but it goes around. It’s going around right now with kids and they get high fevers.

I mean, Matteo was in the emergency room with 104.5. Jeez, it was wild. The poor baby. He was just like, ‘Mommy, I feel like my bones are breaking. Please protect me.'”

Nikki Bella said it reminded her of how it feels to have the flu, with all the body aches, and felt so bad seeing Matteo go through something like that. Now that he’s doing better they were able to go outside, visit the playground, get some fresh air, and take a nice long walk.

“And like, me having the flu—I know it’s not what he has—but we’ve all been there, where we’ve been really sick. You know how your bones ache? So think of him. So yeah, it’s been hard, but he’s finally doing better. We were out earlier, we went to the playground, I got some fresh air, and we went for a long walk.”

Since Nikki Bella will be returning on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, it’s good to know that her son Matteo is in good health and will be able to watch her mom on television again. Therefore, we’ll have to see what Bella will do on Raw this week.
