Dominik Mysterio Takes Intercontinental Title to Eddie Guerrero’s Grave in Emotional Tribute

Dominik Mysterio became the Intercontinental Champion at WrestleMania 41 and many people celebrated his huge win. Mysterio still has a big connection with the late great Eddie Guerrero and that’s why it’s not a surprise he recently visited Guerrero’s grave and brought the Intercontinental Title to him.

Dominik Mysterio took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of Eddie Guerrero’s grave, as he went to his grave and put the Intercontinental Championship there, paying tribute to the legend. It was clear that Mysterio wanted to show him just how far he has come as a WWE Superstar to Eddie Guerrero.

This visit came after Dominik had previously mentioned his plans to go to the grave while in Phoenix for an upcoming WWE show. He said he would try to make time before Raw to visit and likely go alone, bringing the title with him to show his respect and gratitude.

“We have a show coming up in Phoenix and I plan on taking the Intercontinental Title up there to see him. I’m going to try to make some time before Raw. I’m going to try to make the time to go see him. I’ll probably go by myself this time. Who knows, take the Intercontinental Title to him, let him know we did it.”
