Apollo Crews has remained absent from WWE television for several months due to an injury. While he’s on the road to recovery, he made good use of his time as Crews has announced he has officially graduated from college with honors.
Apollo Crews took to his Instagram and revealed that after 37 years, he finally achieved a big milestone since he officially graduated from college with honors. He mentioned that he had left Auburn University years ago to follow his dream of becoming a professional wrestler.
That’s why Apollo Crews is proud that he went back to finish what he started. He said it’s never too late to accomplish something, and he’s grateful he completed this chapter of his life.
“It took 37 years, but we got it done! It’s never too late to do anything! Today, it is official! College graduate with honors!👨🏾🎓 I originally left Auburn University before I graduated to chase my dream of becoming a Wrestler. I’m glad I decided to go back and finish what I started all those years ago. 🙏🏿🙌🏿”
Apollo Crews last wrestled on the January 24 episode of SmackDown, where he squared off against Johnny Gargano. It was then revealed that he ended up suffering a pec injury, and he ended up having surgery for the same on February 4.
It is to be noted that he’s expected to make his in-ring return by the end of July or the beginning of August this year. Therefore, fans can’t wait to see him return to the ring but it’s very clear he’s coming back with more accolades.
