Thunder Rosa isn’t just back in the ring—she’s opening up her life in ways fans never expected.

During an interview with Rock 95, the AEW star took a moment to address her growing online presence, including the now-viral series Cooking in My Underwear. But this isn’t just shock value—it’s part of a deeper story Rosa wants fans to understand.

When asked about the personal content she’s been sharing through her Instagram and vlog series, Thunder Rosa said her goal is to show the world that there’s more to her than the wrestler they see on AEW television.

“I think it’s important for people to understand that we are not just a one-level kind of character. I—as a person—I’m an artist, I’m a singer, I am a mother. I have so many layers and I’m multifacetic and multi-talented. So I want people to see the journey that professional wrestling brought to me.”

She went on to explain how Cooking in My Underwear came to life and why it matters to her.

“It started with being an athlete and it ended up being in—you know—I’m doing content on Cooking in My Underwear, which is like another way that I express myself. I love cooking, I love eating. As you know, I also do a taco blog.”

But the content isn’t just about food—it’s about connection. Rosa said she uses her vlog to peel back the curtain on her real life, showing fans everything from parenting to personal struggles.

“Where I am today… I have a taco blog later with an Arizona Cardinals player, and people like to tell their story. So the vlog has been an opportunity for me—for people to see where I came from and what I’m doing right now and what I’ve done.”

“Like, they can see my son, my dog, the real issues that I dealt with—health, things that happen in life—that I’m just like anybody else.”

Whether she’s taking hits in the ring or sharing tacos and family time online, Thunder Rosa is making it clear: she’s not one-dimensional—and she wants fans to see the full picture.
