New Talent Set for In-Ring Debut on June 3 WWE NXT

Just hours before tonight’s WWE NXT goes live, the company has added a major update—and it’s one that fans of WWE LFG have been waiting for.

Tyra Mae Steele, the breakout winner of WWE’s new reality competition WWE LFG, is officially stepping into the ring for the first time on television.

WWE broke the news across social media this afternoon, confirming that Tyra Mae Steele—real name Mensah Tamara Stockton—will compete on the June 3 episode of NXT.

“#WWELFG Season One Winner @MensahTamStock will make her in-ring debut TONIGHT on #WWENXT!” the company wrote.

Tonight’s NXT is already stacked, with the go-home episode leading into WWE x AAA: Worlds Collide. The show features Trick Williams defending the TNA World Championship against Mike Santana, a Rounds Match between Charlie Dempsey and Myles Borne, and a six-man tag showdown between Chase U and DarkState.

But with Tyra Mae Steele officially added to the mix, all eyes will be on how the LFG champ handles her first real test on WWE TV.
