WWE fans aren’t just angry online anymore—they’re now hijacking the live shows.
During the June 2, 2025 episode of Monday Night RAW, the fan backlash over WWE’s release of R-Truth hit the arena floor in a major way. In the opening match of the night, a Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match featuring Liv Morgan, Stephanie Vaquer, and Ivy Nile, the crowd erupted into loud “We want Truth” chants that nearly drowned out the in-ring action.
The moment didn’t go unnoticed by viewers at home. What should’ve been a showcase for the final Women’s Money in the Bank qualifying spot turned into an open protest. Fans inside the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, made it clear they weren’t done fighting for R-Truth—and they’re willing to derail WWE programming to prove it.
This eruption came just hours after TKO Group posted a flashy graphic promoting WWE’s jam-packed week, including RAW, NXT, SmackDown, Worlds Collide, and Money in the Bank—alongside UFC 316. But instead of excitement, the comments were flooded with fans demanding the return of R-Truth and Carlito, both of whom were released in WWE’s recent wave of talent cuts.
“FCK U. BRING BACK R TRUTH and CARLITO,”* one user posted. Another added: “Yea not watching any of these shows till @RonKillings is back in WWE.” A viral clip of Cody Rhodes yelling “Go fck yourself”* at The Rock also made the rounds—clearly aimed at WWE leadership.
The fact that these chants kicked off the very first match of the night—one involving top-tier talent like Liv Morgan and rising stars like Vaquer and Nile—speaks volumes about how deeply this issue is resonating with the WWE fanbase.
And with Money in the Bank and Worlds Collide just days away, it’s clear WWE has a serious morale problem that no graphic or promo video is going to fix.
Do you think WWE should rehire R-Truth to calm the storm—or is this fan revolt only going to get louder? Let us know what you think in the comments.
