On the Ariel Helwani Show, Elayna Black went into CM Punk a bit. She looked up to CM Punk growing up, initially because her brother was a Rey Mysterio fan and they were feuding at the time.
The former NXT Superstar went into some details about how much it meant to have CM Punk by her side. She also realizes how special of a thing that is to have.

I’ve always said that he’s my answer to who would you have dinner with dead or alive, who would it be? It would be him. Now, me and him and Roxy [Roxanne Perez] and him and Ace will go out to eat. It’s so wild to have that, to be able to go out to dinner with someone who literally shaped me and who I am. I was the biggest fan of him, and to have that person as my mentor, and have someone — he was literally the first person I talked to when I got fired — the first person I called.”

Elayna Black also spoke about her WWE release and revealed where she was when she received the call. Obviously, she has a lot of eyes on her right now.
We will keep a close eye on Elayna Black’s career in pro wrestling. She got to interact with one of her heroes, and CM Punk certainly left a big impression on her.
