The Indiana Pacers are officially headed to the NBA Finals, and Michael Cole is officially headed to the announce desk… in a tank top.

Tyrese Haliburton led the Pacers to a dominant 125-108 win over the New York Knicks in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals on May 31. Haliburton dropped 21 points, 13 assists, and six rebounds, while Pascal Siakam sealed the series and took home Eastern Conference Finals MVP honors with 31 points in the closeout game.

The win not only sends the Pacers to the Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder on June 5—it also seals the deal on a hilarious on-air bet between Pat McAfee and Michael Cole.

A few weeks ago, McAfee and Cole made a wager over the series. If the Knicks won, McAfee would wear a full suit on WWE TV. But if the Pacers advanced, Cole would have to call Monday Night Raw wearing a tank top.

With Indiana punching their ticket to the Finals, Cole now has to follow through—and fans can’t wait to see it.

It’s a perfect storm of sports and sports entertainment, with WWE’s lead announcer now forced to rock an outfit more suited for SummerSlam than the commentary desk.
