Shotzi Blackheart officially left WWE after the company decided not to renew her contract earlier this month. She had previously missed several months last year because of an ACL injury and now she has hit back at claims that she is injury prone.
A fan took to Twitter and claimed that Shotzi was injury-prone, mentioning she had built a great character and stated that her WWE release might be a blessing in disguise, possibly giving her time to start a family.
“Shotzi unfortunately was injury prone. She had a great gimmick she was able to build. This may be a blessing in disguise she might want to become a mother and now she has time.”
Shotzi responded by calling out the fan, saying that people don’t understand what “injury-prone” really means. She pointed out that she’s only had one major injury in 12 years, which doesn’t make her injury-prone, as he said, “You idiots dont know what injury prone means 🤣 one major injury in 12 years is “injury prone.”
Shotzi Blackheart then followed up by saying that the term “injury prone” is something fans overuse to try and sound knowledgeable. She added that 100% of the wrestlers being labeled that way aren’t actually injury prone, they’re just human.
““Injury prone” is a term that you wanna be smart marks overuse to sound smart. 100% of the wrestlers you are calling injury prone are not, they are just human.”
Shotzi Blackheart also made it clear she couldn’t wait to compete in matches longer than three minutes again in the independent circuit and she will already compete at MLW’s Summer of the Beasts show on June 26 at NYC’s Melrose Ballroom. Therefore, we’ll have to see how she will fare in her first match back in the indies but it’s clear she wanted fans to know she isn’t injury prone at all.
