Damian Priest just made his biggest statement yet—and he did it by walking out of a steel cage after leaving Drew McIntyre destroyed.

The May 24 edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event from the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida delivered some wild action, but nothing hit harder than the steel cage match between Priest and McIntyre. With Jesse “The Body” Ventura joining commentary, the match already felt bigger than your average brawl—and then they tore the house down.

Right after John Cena retained the Undisputed WWE Title against R-Truth, Priest and McIntyre entered the unforgiving cage. Priest made McIntyre eat steel early, lawn-darting him face-first into the structure as the match spilled through a commercial break.

After the break, McIntyre nearly turned the tide with a massive superplex from the top of the cage, followed by a Claymore Kick for a near fall. He brought in a chair and started unloading on Priest—but it wasn’t enough.

When Drew went for a chair-assisted kick in the corner, Priest dodged it and immediately went for the throat—literally. Priest drilled Drew in the neck with a chair, then planted him with a chokeslam. But he wasn’t done.

In the match’s sickest moment, Priest laid Drew’s head on a chair and then smashed it with another chair in a vicious Con-Chair-To. That was all it took. Priest calmly walked out the cage door, his feet hitting the floor as the referee called the match.

Damian Priest wins, and in the most savage way possible.
