Chelsea Green isn’t going anywhere—she’s locked in with WWE for the long haul.
According to Fightful Select, the former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion and first-ever Women’s United States Champion has signed a brand-new, multi-year deal with WWE. Green’s original contract, which she signed in late 2022, was set to expire sometime in 2025. But WWE clearly isn’t taking any chances when it comes to keeping her around.
While the exact length of the new deal hasn’t been disclosed, sources confirmed that Green’s contract has been extended well past the original expiration.
Green made her official return to WWE during the 2023 Royal Rumble after previously being released in 2021. Since coming back, she’s made the most of every opportunity—capturing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles alongside both Sonya Deville and Piper Niven, and later making history as the inaugural Women’s U.S. Champion.
Although she’s mostly worked solo since her tag title runs, Green has been one of the standout personalities on the roster, bringing a unique blend of chaos and charisma to every segment she appears in.
WWE locking her down again is a strong signal that the company sees long-term value in her character and in-ring presence—and clearly, Green’s not done yet.
