Naomi Announces ‘No More GLOW’ in Major Shift After WWE SmackDown

Naomi just made it official—the GLOW era is over, and something way darker is on the way.

After a fan tweeted about her viral Backlash entrance in France, writing, “i still think about how over naomi was here, she had the crowd UP,” Naomi fired back with a message that shut the door on her past character for good. “No more GLOW😑 Just caution tape, razor blades, and lemon juice🪒🍋😁⚠️,” she wrote on April 27.

For years, Naomi built her identity around the GLOW movement—bright lights, neon colors, and feel-good energy that made her one of the most beloved stars in WWE. But now, after WrestleMania 41 and a heated brawl with Jade Cargill on SmackDown, Naomi’s making it clear she’s done playing nice.

Even when a viral clip showed Naomi’s punches missing Cargill during their fight, she didn’t back down. Instead, she leaned into it, posting, “Next time, noses will be bust and foreheads hella knotted,” letting fans know she’s only getting more aggressive.
