The April 21st edition of Monday Night Raw was full of memorable moments since it was the first Raw after WrestleMania 41. This included GUNTHER choking out Pat McAfee during the show and now McAfee has provided a health update after what GUNTHER did.

While speaking on the Pat McAfee Show, Pat McAfee revealed his condition after being choked out by GUNTHER on Monday Night Raw. He said he went to a medical facility in Las Vegas because of the pain in his neck and thought he might have suffered a C2 or C3 injury. Thankfully, he was cleared and did not have any serious damage, although he did lose consciousness after the attack.

McAfee thanked the staff at the Las Vegas facility for taking care of him and addressed people who were glad it happened, saying he hopes to meet them in person so he can punch them in the face.

McAfee also reacted to GUNTHER putting his hands on Michael Cole, saying that kind of behavior can’t be allowed. He admitted he’s unsure of what comes next but made it clear he’s ready for anything. He said if the goal was to end him or humiliate him into quitting, it won’t work, and promised that GUNTHER won’t get away with messing with Cole.

“For this here neck that GUNTHER smashed up and choked me out on Monday Night Raw, I went to a medical facility in Las Vegas. I thought maybe I was gonna have a C2, C3—something in the neck—because of how it felt, but I was deemed okay. But I certainly lost consciousness after what happened.

Nonetheless, thank you to the medical facility in Las Vegas for taking care of me. Everybody that said they’re happy it happened to me, I hope we meet in person so I can punch you in the f****** face.

He grabbed up Michael Cole? Yeah. Can’t be having that. So what happens next now? I don’t know, you tell me. Just know that I’m ’bout it, ’bout it for whatever.

If you think choking me out is gonna end me, you’re right. You think you’ll bury me publicly and have me quit showing up? You’re wrong. But I know you’re not gonna mess with Michael Cole. You’re not gonna get away with it.”

Things are very tense right now, and Pat McAfee is clearly angry. Fans are already talking about the chance of a future match between him and GUNTHER, so we’ll have to wait and see if they will end up squaring off against each other in the future as fans would love to see that happen.
