Bianca Belair might have walked into WrestleMania 41 with an undefeated record on the grandest stage of them all—but she may have left Las Vegas with more than just a loss.

According to Fightful Select, “There was concern that Bianca Belair had suffered a finger injury during her women’s title match.” The match saw IYO SKY defend her WWE Women’s World Championship in a chaotic triple threat against Belair and Rhea Ripley.

Originally set to be a one-on-one contest between IYO and Belair—who earned her shot by winning the 2025 Elimination Chamber—Rhea Ripley forced her way into the bout after a brutal contract signing beatdown on both opponents. The match opened Night 2 of WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant Stadium in front of over 60,000 fans.

It was a nonstop war. Ripley landed a Razor’s Edge on Belair right onto IYO. Belair fought hard to protect her undefeated Mania streak, even nailing a KOD on Rhea after cracking her with the braid. But just when it looked like Bianca had it, IYO nailed an Over The Moonsault on her to seal the win and retain the title.

Despite the jaw-dropping moves, the post-show chatter is now shifting to Belair’s health. The possible finger injury hasn’t been officially confirmed by WWE, but concern behind the scenes has definitely picked up. With the kind of damage Belair endured, fans are wondering if she’ll be sidelined or if this is just a scare.

Bianca Belair has battled through plenty before—but could this setback affect her run heading into the summer?
