Tiffany Stratton left WrestleMania 41 with her hand raised and the WWE Women’s Championship still around her waist—but fans couldn’t help noticing something looked off after her match.
In the post-show press conference, Stratton opened up about the toll her clash with Charlotte Flair took on her physically and emotionally—and addressed concerns surrounding her health.
“We’re looking like a broke down Barbie right now,” Stratton joked when asked how she was doing. “I feel beat up emotionally and physically. I feel a little emotional. It’s hard for me to feel emotions after having matches just because my adrenaline is going crazy, but I’m coming down now and I’m starting to feel all the emotions and feel like I just went through the fight of my life and had my WrestleMania debut.”
Stratton’s face looked noticeably swollen during the press conference, and fans on social media speculated she may have suffered a dental injury—possibly breaking a tooth mid-match. Though she didn’t confirm the exact nature of the injury, those watching closely noticed what appeared to be a temporary dental stint or protective insert in her mouth, suggesting that WWE medical staff moved quickly to treat her before the press event.
Despite the speculation, Stratton made it clear she wasn’t letting anything—swelling, pain, or rumors—take away from her moment.
“I don’t want to get emotional, but she was my dream opponent. She was my dream feud,” she said of Charlotte. “Making my WrestleMania debut and having Charlotte Flair be my opponent, the story wrote itself. I can’t believe I defeated Charlotte Flair. I don’t think it’s set in yet. I’m still kind of processing everything right now. My face is a little beat up, but I feel amazing.”
If Stratton was fighting through pain, she didn’t show it in the ring. Her win over Charlotte—one of the most decorated Superstars in WWE history—was a defining moment for the self-proclaimed “center of the universe.”
