Rey Mysterio may have picked up a win on WWE SmackDown, but he didn’t walk out on his own.

On the April 18 episode, Mysterio teamed up with Dragon Lee and Rey Fenix to take on American Made in a six-man tag match. Fenix scored the pinfall for the win, and while he and Dragon Lee were all smiles during the post-match celebration, things weren’t as smooth for the lucha legend.

Footage from the crowd shows Mysterio being helped to the back by two WWE staff members after the match. Though it wasn’t acknowledged on commentary, the visual left fans concerned as he limped off and was clearly in discomfort.

Mysterio is scheduled to take on El Grande Americano at WrestleMania 41 in what was expected to be a personal showdown. Now, that match may be in question—depending on the extent of whatever happened in the ring.
