It looks like PAC won’t be returning to the ring anytime soon—and AEW fans might be waiting longer than expected to see The Bastard back in action.

On the April 9 episode of AEW Dynamite, PAC suffered a legit leg injury during his hard-hitting match against Swerve Strickland in Baltimore. The moment came after a stiff buckle bomb into the corner, where PAC immediately grabbed his lower leg and rolled out of the ring in visible pain. He made it back inside just long enough to eat a quick kick and a Swerve Stomp before the match was called.

Initial reports suggested the injury could sideline PAC for up to four months, but in a new update, Fightful Select says there’s still no confirmed timetable. “There isn’t a timetable on PAC as of yet, outside of that he would miss ‘some time,’” the report stated.

That uncertainty leaves fans in limbo, especially given PAC’s history of injuries and long stretches away from television. AEW officials were reportedly quick to respond after the injury, escorting him backstage once the match was stopped.

Whether it’s a foot or ankle issue, PAC’s status remains day-to-day until results from his MRI are fully evaluated. AEW has yet to release an official statement.
