Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII just got a whole lot more intense—thanks to Maika making a dominant debut with a clean submission win over WWE NXT’s Karmen Petrovic.
The fight lasted just 4 minutes and 27 seconds, with Maika locking in a rear naked choke that forced Petrovic to tap out. Petrovic tried to land her signature spin kick, but Maika wasn’t having it. Once she took the fight to the mat, the grappling was too much for the striking-based Petrovic to handle.
The finish was decisive and left little room for doubt—Maika is not here to play. The win puts Maika at 1-0 in Bloodsport competition, while Petrovic now holds a 1-1 record.
Bloodsport isn’t about theatrics or flashy entrances—it’s about straight-up violence. And Maika delivered just that.
