Cody Rhodes still hasn’t forgotten what went down at Elimination Chamber: Toronto—and he’s not about to let it slide.

In a new interview on First Take, Rhodes was asked about rapper Travis Scott, who shocked fans by teaming with The Rock and John Cena to attack him and leave him bloodied in the final moments of the February PLE. While Rhodes started off polite, it didn’t take long for his real thoughts to come out.

“He’s an incredibly talented guy,” Rhodes said… before immediately adding, “He kind of sucks.”

Rhodes didn’t mince words, especially after Triple H confirmed that Scott would be appearing at WrestleMania 41. Rhodes made it clear he’s ready to settle the score. “Triple H announced he’s coming to WrestleMania, I’ll be looking for what we call in the wrestling business a little bit of a receipt. Payback.”

Scott hasn’t been seen in WWE since delivering a brutal shot to Rhodes at Elimination Chamber, part of a three-on-one ambush that ended with Cody left in a pool of blood. While some reports suggested the shot ruptured Rhodes’ eardrum, the Undisputed WWE Champion brushed it off, joking, “The bruises came courtesy of the Four Horsemen.”

Rhodes now heads into WrestleMania 41 with more than just a title defense against John Cena on the line—it’s the soul of WWE. But with Travis Scott expected to be in the building, Cody might be coming for more than just Cena. A little payback could be on the menu, too.
