Becky Lynch Spotted on WWE World Banner Amid Absence from Television

Becky Lynch is still a major topic of discussion as she hasn’t been seen on WWE television since the May 27, 2024, episode of Monday Night RAW. While there’s no indication she will return anytime soon, it appears Lynch was spotted on a banner as part of WWE World.

As revealed by a photo making rounds on social media, a banner featuring Becky Lynch was seen at WWE World in Las Vegas today. Her banner was placed between Jimmy Uso and The New Day’s banner, which definitely got fans talking in a big way.

According to Sean Ross Sapp, creative plans for Becky Lynch were pitched as far back as January, but they didn’t end up moving forward. While the exact idea wasn’t clear, it likely wasn’t a typical one-on-one match and may have involved a multi-woman setup, like a triple threat, fatal four-way, or a tag team match.

Sapp mentioned that Lynch has actually been under contract for at least four to five months, even though she hasn’t appeared on TV or been part of any storylines. He added that Lynch is smart about building hype and choosing her moments carefully.

One big reason she hasn’t returned yet is because she doesn’t want to be involved in bland or lazy stories. Instead, she’s waiting for something creative and exciting that feels worth her time.

“There was creative pitched for her in January. It didn’t end up happening. I don’t know exactly what the creative was, but I know it wasn’t like a one-on-one match. I don’t know if it was a three-way, four-way, tag team—whatever it might’ve been.

She’s been signed, she’s been under contract for months—at least four or five that I know of. But she hasn’t been brought to TV to do anything or anything like that.

She’s very smart though. She knows what creates buzz. But she also doesn’t want lazy booking. I don’t think she wants that. She wants something inspired.”

Becky Lynch’s appearance in WWE World promotional material shows that WWE still views her as a key part of the women’s division. Therefore, we will have to wait and see when Big Time Becks will make her return, as fans are eagerly waiting for her comeback.
