BJ Ray’s in-ring drama might’ve stolen the spotlight on the April 13 episode of WWE LFG: Tag Team Turmoil—but another LFG name got caught off guard in a whole different way, thanks to HBO’s Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.
During the show’s closing segment—focused on, of all things, fish—John Oliver used a TikTok video from WWE LFG talent Shiloh Hill. The video, featuring Hill’s passionate thoughts on fish, was used as a humorous example as Oliver wondered aloud why WWE didn’t just let the man use his real name: Thunder Justice Keck. Yes, that’s actually his name.
Hill, who had no idea he was part of the segment until it aired, reacted the next day on Twitter with a laugh: “did not expect to see myself getting flamed on british TV this morning 🤣”
The clip immediately started making the rounds on wrestling Twitter, with fans both defending Hill and cracking jokes about WWE’s decision to rebrand someone named Thunder Justice Keck into Shiloh Hill. Let’s be honest—one of those names screams superstar, and the other sounds like a high school gym teacher.
Meanwhile, BJ Ray is still dealing with the fallout from going into business for himself during his tag match. After hijacking the bout and blowing off his teammate Cutler James, BJ was chewed out backstage by none other than Bubba Ray Dudley. Bubba told him straight: “Walk straight to the back door and go outside.” When BJ tried to justify his actions, Bubba ended it cold: “I don’t give a damn what happens to you from here on out.”
As for Shiloh Hill, or should we say Thunder Justice Keck, he’s still very much part of LFG’s future—even if his fish-loving past just got a surprise national spotlight.
