Trick Williams’ rise in WWE continues, as he remains one of the top stars on NXT and regularly features in major storylines each week. In fact, he’s now expanding his talents beyond the ring with a guest role in the season finale of All American on The CW Network.

According to Variety, Trick Williams is set to appear in the Season 7 finale of the popular CW football drama All American. He will be portraying the role of Eddie Blair, the Athletic Director at South Crenshaw High. This isn’t his first time on the show as he worked as an extra in Season 3 many years ago, playing a kicker for the same school.

Williams is coming back to the show in a much bigger role, showing how much he’s grown. This time, he got his own trailer and was treated like a star, which is a big change from when he was just a background extra. It’s a full-circle moment that shows how far he’s come.

All American is now the only fully original scripted show left on The CW. The network has mostly moved toward airing shows from other countries, reality TV, and sports. The series is made by Warner Bros. Television and CBS Studios, along with Berlanti Productions. The executive producers include Nkechi Okoro Carroll, Greg Berlanti, Jameal Turner, Sarah Schechter, and David Strauss.
