Becky Lynch might not be lacing up her boots for WrestleMania 41, but she’s not disappearing from the spotlight either. While fans have been holding out hope for a surprise return to WWE’s grandest stage, Lynch is stacking her schedule elsewhere—and now we know what she’s doing next.
The Man has officially been announced for The Ultimate Improv Show on April 11 in Los Angeles, where she’ll appear as the “Guest Monologist.” The event, held at the Dynasty Typewriter theater, features a stacked comedy lineup including Dan Black, Bobby Moynihan, Paul Scheer, Lisa Gilroy, and more. Online viewing options are available, so fans can still catch Lynch’s appearance even if they aren’t in California.
This update comes just days after Sean Ross Sapp revealed that Becky Lynch isn’t expected to appear at WrestleMania 41 despite creative ideas being pitched. “At this point, I have not heard anything. I don’t expect her to be on the WrestleMania card,” Sapp said on Fightful’s post-RAW show. “I know that things were pitched for her at Mania, but I’m not sure what happened with that.”
Lynch has been off WWE television since losing to Liv Morgan inside a steel cage on the May 27, 2024 episode of Monday Night RAW. Since then, she’s been keeping a low profile in the ring, but her Hollywood calendar has stayed full. Not only is she appearing at The Ultimate Improv Show, she also recently wrapped filming for Happy Gilmore 2, the Netflix sequel to the Adam Sandler classic.
While Lynch has reportedly signed a new WWE contract, there’s been no sign of her return to the squared circle. With WrestleMania 41 less than three weeks away, the likelihood of seeing Big Time Becks walk that ramp is fading fast. But make no mistake—whether she’s trading one-liners or throwing forearms, Becky Lynch is always ready to own the moment.
